About Us
ImageThe Victory Club was founded 28th October 1920 and officially opened on 18th June 1921 by Lord Byng of Vimy (Governer General of Canada). Apart from being the patron of the clibs financial benefactor, Lord Byng was a war hero having led the british Third Army to victory at Vimy Ridge and Cambrai in 1917. This finally led to the breach of the Hindenburg Line in August of 1918.
